JOB DESCRIPTION

Salary: $3000 - $4000

  • Develop B2B applications having a massive amount of data from scratch
  • Design a complex architecture which includes API linkage to external systems
  • Quickly fix system failures or abnormalities by monitoring or notifications
  • Perform regular review of technical implementation and give suggestions to improve product quality
  • Coach and mentor middle/senior developers
  • Build a strong development team with high-level development skills

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have:

  • 8+ years for Web development (3 years experience of leadership)
  • More than 3 years of experience in Golang
  • Experience with application performance monitoring and error tracking systems
  • Experience of defining and rolling out company-wide technical standards
  • Experience to improve application performance, reliability, security
  • Good understanding of common architectural patterns and design patterns in software engineering
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Container/Kubernetes
  • Experience to educate team members
  • Experience with agile development
  • Strong sense of ownership

Nice to Have

  • Experience to develop B2B applications
  • Strong microservices architecture design and implementation
  • English skill (professional working proficiency)
