Smile Design Vietnam is a subsidiary of a Japanese company, Dental Assist Co., Ltd. that primarily designs and manufactures clear aligners for orthodontics treatment for international markets. Dental Assist is the market leader in Japan backed by its established manufacturing capability across Asia.

Position Overview:

Smile Design Vietnam seeks a dynamic, organized self-starter to join us as the Business Development Manager in its Hanoi office. This position will lead and be responsible on our domestic business launch and expansion in Vietnam including business model development and operation establishment. She/He will report to the CEO or directly to the global business division of
Dental Assist (TBC).

Job Description:

• Design, develop and launch sales business model in Vietnam
• Fulfill legal/regulatory requirement to conduct the business in the country
• Establish end-to-end operation flow including hiring and forming necessary teams
• Lead on daily operation and continuously seek for business expansion in the country
• Closely collaborate with the manufacturing team to improve customer/patient experience

Requirement:

• BA/BS degree
• 35 years old and under (from 36-39 years old, the elite are accepted. Over 40 years old is disqualified)
• English: advanced business level, nice to have Japanese
• Self-starter capable of working independently
• Strong presence & communication skills – both interpersonal & written
• Team player, team leader & people manager with ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
• 5+ year experience in business development (preferred)
• Have experience in starting up operations and work in Start-up

ポジション概要
Smile Design Vietnamは、ハノイにおいてBusiness Development Managerを募集しています。このポジションは、ベトナム国内での販売事業の立ち上げと拡大を任務としています。この任務には、ビジネスモデルの設計やオペレーションの構築等が含まれています。レポート先は社長又は、親会社であるデンタルアシストの海外事業部門となる予定です。

業務内容

• 製品販売事業（製造を除く機能）の設計、立ち上げ
• 事業を行うための法律・規制上必要な措置の実行
• オペレーションの詳細設計と、それを実行するためのチームの組成
• 立ち上げたオペレーションのリードと、国内事業拡大の追求
• 顧客・患者体験の最大化のための製造部門との必要な協働

求める要件

• 大学卒業以上
• 40以上は全員落とす、36-39はすごくいい人だけ通す
• 英語又は日本語 （ビジネス上級レベル）: 日本語優先
• 自主的に課題を発見、解決への道筋を立て、実行に移すことができる
• 高いコミュニケーション能力とそれに伴うプレゼンスがある
• スピードが速くチームワークが重視される環境で、チームメンバーとして、リーダー
  としてあらゆるレベルの人と協働することができる
• 今の方向性も続けつつ、もう少しオペレーション立ち上げみたいな経験がある人
  、Start-upで仕事したい・ゼロから作り上げたいみたいな気持ちのある人
• 5年以上の事業開発経験（有ると望ましい）
