JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understand the company vision, make strategy to realize the vision and execute it
• Build up an organization from scratch
• Recruit, interview and close talented engineer
• Make the evaluation, training and education system that make the organization grow continuously
• Make the engineering culture for better quality and faster delivery
• Coach members to motivate and make them grow up

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must-Have

• 8+ years of software development experience with demonstrated ability to design, build, and deliver complex, successful products with high quality
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience with web application with complex architecture
• Experienced in how to manage and grow engineers
• Strong communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• English skill or Japanese skill

Nice to Have: Experience of developing toB applications
