Salary: 30-50M + bonus

Job description
- Project management tasks: project planning; progress tracking; quality management; risk management and requirement management; working model and processes, issue solving;
- Project accounting & financial management tasks
- HR management tasks: motivate and evaluate team members
- Communication: communicate to customer, managers, QA and other departments
- Business development tasks: Quality, Productivity improvement and customer
relationship - Quality control of deliverables (Design review, Coding review, Unit Test, Integration
test)
Job requirements
- From 3 years with PM position.
- From 1 year experience in Software development
- Software development process knowledge: Knowledge at process and ISO/CMMi, Agile
- Management skills
- Soft skill: Communication, Problem Solving, Team Building, Leadership.
- English fluency: Good in technical Reading & Writing, able to communicate with foreign clients
