Job Description

  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Screening and short-listing applicants, interviewing candidates
  • Managing the process through interviews to offer stage
  • Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training, and career progression
  • Following up with clients and candidates until the deal is close
  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships (optional)
  • Other related tasks are assigned by the direct supervisor.


  • 4th-year students or fresh graduates
  • Strong communication skills
  • A good listener who cares about people
  • A willingness and enthusiasm to work hard to achieve your goals
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Results and target oriented
  • Having a good command of English is a big plus
  • Understanding the IT industry is a plus
  • Working experience in headhunting/recruiting or business development is a plus


  • Intern allowance of up to 5 million VND/month
  • Commission:  5-30 million VND/ hire
