IT Recruiter
Job Description
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Screening and short-listing applicants, interviewing candidates
- Managing the process through interviews to offer stage
- Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training, and career progression
- Following up with clients and candidates until the deal is close
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships (optional)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any majors
- At least 6 months of working experience in headhunting/recruiting
- Results and target oriented proven by past work achievement
- A good listener who cares about people
- A willingness and enthusiasm to work hard to achieve your goals
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to handle clients/candidates' objections and close deal
- Strong communication skills,
- Confident and fluent in English is a big plus
- Experienced in Business Development/Account Management is a plus
- Understanding the IT industry is a plus
Benefits
- Starting base salary: up to 15.000.000 VND
- Commission: up to 26% of revenue (up to 50.000.000 VND/ case)
- 13th-month salary
- Office hours: Monday- Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday
