Senior/ Lead Headhunter (IT Industry) - JF012
Job Description
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Screening and short-listing applicants, interviewing candidates
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage
- Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression
- Following up with clients and candidates until the deal is close
- Managing Recruitment Consultants team in order to achieve individual/team KPI and delivering the suitable talents that match clients' hiring needs
- Ensuring Recruitment Consultants personal growth through assistance and training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any majors
- At least 3 years working experience of headhunting
- Strong understanding of the IT industry
- Experienced in leading and training is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and fluent in English is big plus
- Experienced in Business Development/Account Management
- Results and target oriented proven by past work achievement
- Ability to handle clients/candidates' objection and close deal

- Base salary: up to $1500
- Commission: up to 40% of revenue
