Business Development Executive (B2B)
Work location: Cầu Giấy, Hanoi
Salary: up to $1.000 + attractive commission

- Research, analysis and identification of market trends and actionable opportunities
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Collaborate with existing teams to continually develop sales materials and assets
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Other related sales and marketing activities, as assigned
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or related majors.
- 1+ year experience of B2B sales.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Results and target oriented proven by past work achievement
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.
- Professional proficiency of English
- Salary: up to $1.000.
- Commission: up to 10% of total revenue.
- Minimum of 13 salary months/year.
- Salary review 2 times/ year.
- 5 official working days / week, 1 day off / month.
- Saturday, Sunday + 12 days off / year
