JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
  • Maintain a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Manage, promote, cooperate with large corporate customers, suppliers to build brand and business
  • Analyst the market trend, predict the strategy changes, report key metrics,...
  • Be a "micro" of Ohio Digital, a good speaker at events, forums,... domestic and international to find customers/partners and promote the company‘s branding
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous working experience as an Outreach and Partnerships Manager for 3 years
  • Experience in cooperation and taking care of key accounts is a large international solution provider/product company, company size of key accounts > 1000 employees
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent strategic partners, strategy development and contract negotiation skills
  • Excellent in proposal writing, proposal management process
  • Have strong business acumen, well-connected with C-level
  • Must be fluent in English, other foreign languages are prefered
  • Willing to travel abroad for business
