Brief job description
We are looking for a PHP Developer who is dedicated to the craft, writes code that they are proud of and can hit the ground running.
Responsibility for:
- Provide guidance and critical analysis of changes during code reviews.
- Coordinate team activities to complete assignments.
- Collaborate with product manager, solution architect and business analyst.
Your Skills and Experience
Technical skills:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in PHP development
- Strong previous experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience working with Laravel, CI or similar frameworks
- Strong experience with API’s
- GitHub or Gitlab
- Knowledge of design patterns
- Knowledge of OOP, understand principles like SOLID, DRY
- Ability to work with Redis, RabbitMQ or Elasticsearch
- Strong experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Have experience working with linux server (CentOS, Debian or other linux distributions)
- Experienced in handling traffic from 1000 CCU or more
- Experienced in handling databases from 1 million records or more
Soft skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player that is enthusiastic about delivering results
- Trainable and self-organized
- Goal driven
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge about cloud service such as AWS, Google Cloud or MS Azure (have certificate such as AWS association or professional is big plus)
- Having experience with Docker, CI/CD is a plus.
- Serverless experience and understanding (especially AWS)
