Location: Pham Hung, Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi
Responsibilities
- Define quality targets and mechanism to control projects quality
- Develop and/or review the company Quality Standard Operating Procedures (QSP)
- Develop and/or maintain a ranking criteria table for Project Manager Position in the company
- Develop and/or improve key performance indicators (KPI’s) relating to quality function
- Define and/or revise mechanism to assess division competence and project management
competence of each PM - Provide training in project management and the applied project tools to team members
- Organize events/workshops to enhance awareness in quality assurance and continuous kaizen
for all employees - Support projects:
+ Consult project in resolving issues or minimizing risks
+ Conduct internal audit to detect risks/issues before starting a project and while project
running - Follow up projects:
+ Review project reports
+ Review project status from QA Gather and archive project experience and reusable data
to improve project management methods in the future
+ Report Project status and PMO activities to management team
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in PM or QAL/QAM in software outsourcing industry
- Solid knowledge and experience in QMS or Project Management
- Have great interest in continuous improvement process
- Excellent English
- Have ability to read and/or speak Japanese is a BIG Plus
