Work location: Giang Vo str., Ba Dinh dist., Ha Noi
Working hours: 12h00 - 21h00. From Monday to Friday
Salary: 8M-15M+ Bouns theo KPI quý
1. What will you do?
- Works one-on-one with a client to build a strong relationship and improve client retention and sales growth
- Onboarding new customers with necessary product training. Effectively solve customer inquiries via phone, email, using a CRP tool
- Identify property manager/owner needs and help them understand our product value or assist them to use specific features
- Analyze data and provide feedback to improve the platform and the efficiency of the system for the client
- Identify, document, and follow up with the Product team and the Connectivity team on product bugs and features
- Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products
- Collaborate with other team members to solve customer issues and be a resource to teammates
2. Skills and experience
Must have
- University-level education major in Italian/Spanish/French
- Good knowledge of English for internal communication.
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle surprises
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good to have
- A desire to help people and improve the customer experience
- Experience working in the hospitality/travel industries
- Self-motivated and able to plan own work
- Basic use of spreadsheet
- Comfortable using web-based software
- Able to work full-time from 12pm to 9pm on weekdays (Monday - Friday).
