Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO and PM to define new features for our software platform consisting of a web application, IOS, and Android apps.
- Take a high-level specification and translate it into detailed features and flow for the software development team to implement.
- Provide clarifications to the software team as needed
- Manage and communicate the project milestones and schedule
- Review and test the implementation and report bugs to the development team
- Review and analyze competing products and report findings
- Work with CEO and PM on the product roadmap and recommend new features and product enhancements
Position Requirements
- 5+ years of software business analyst experience, defining new product features and flows
- Prior software development experience is desirable
- Operational knowledge of XML feeds, webhooks, and APIs
- Experience with project management and team communication software such as Jira and Slack
- Experience with creating mobile app screen mockups
- Ability to write detailed specifications in English
- Experience with job board companies preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
