SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Develop Shopify application.

● Implement product research, market research, competitive analysis to appraise new product features to enhance the experience of affiliate partners and competitiveness of the program.

● Analyze team working flow and requests from internal users to develop product requirements to increase work efficiency.

● Provide training material and support for external and internal users during operation.

● Support other cross-functional team in topics relating to affiliate products.

● Support manual testing (if needed).

REQUIREMENTS:

● Experience in E-commerce (Especially Shopify) or Digital marketing is a plus.

● At least 3 year of experience in Business Analysis or Product Development.

● Good communication skills across teams/organizations.

● Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Understanding of data and database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

● Good time-management skills.

● Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude.

● Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
